Please note that the shower area for this apartment will be very tight for people with big body frame so you might want to book our other apartments with bigger shower area.

Things to know

1)The mattress in the room has 2 sides of Soft and Hard sides, so guests can request for a flip of side of choice

2) The shared laundry room at the rear of the ground floor has a washer only (white colour) and a combo of washer and dryer (black colour) with the ironing board and iron

3)The shared gym, snooker/tennis board is also at the rear of the ground floor

4)There is a mini store in the next building beside the apartment

5) The Village Restaurant which is about 3/4 mins walk away is open 24/7 and can be reached on for delivery (pls contact the host for their number)

6) The street has a weekly pass code for those coming in after 10pm. It will be given to guests at check -in but the Host can also be contacted if guests check-in late

7) The bathroom of this studio S7 apt will be small for someone with a big body frame

8) Please note that this is a non-smoking building of any kind and a $200 violation fee for deep cleaning applies.

9) Please note we are not licensed to operate as a hotel, so there is no receptionist on site and no provision for additional essentials beyond what is provided in the room at check-in. The reception area is simply for your convenience—to ease check-in and to wait before check-in or after check-out.
